Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via email. This will include a tracking number so you can track your order via Australia Post.

We happily offer exchanges and credit notes on all unused full priced items so long as they are still in their original packaging. We only offer refunds on faulty items (see below for our 14 day refund policy). Our exchange and credit policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit. To complete your exchange or credit request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the original item(s) in their original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour or request a credit note, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please first email us at to obtain a return authorisation number.
When returning your item(s), please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for postage costs incurred in returning your original item to us and for us sending the replacement item back to you.


If you receive a damaged, defective or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund on a faulty item (replacement or store credit only).


Our returns policy only applies to regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged and are not applicable for store credit. All sales are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
